The angle is easy to adjust using a clever twist and pull system and the lower legs are comfortably held in place by the two sets of foam rollers which are positioned at the base of shin and also behind the knee. The pad is full-length, meaning it can accommodate a huge range of different body types up to the maximum user weight of 135kg.
